Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Delivery Estimates

• Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days (3 days to one week) from the date of order confirmation.

• Coverage: We currently deliver to Jeddah and other cities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery.

4. Delivery Issues & Damages

• Please ensure the shipping address provided is accurate to avoid delays.

• Dunia Alrabei is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please keep all packaging and damaged items as evidence for the claim.

5. International Shipping

We currently only provide shipping within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
